With the possibility that we may have the worst part of COVID-19 behind us, there is still a fear that the worst is still yet to come.
Our Federal and Provincial governments along with their public health professionals, are working together to formulate a plan that will return us back to some sort of normal life-styles. It is however, apparent that our upcoming future will be different from what we used to think of as normal.
Like many lives and businesses, even amateur sports will be affected in ways that we have little or no clarity of at this time.
But, be rest assured that your amateur sports organizing teams are all prepared to work with the possibilities of a new framework and boundaries that will likely be imposed by the province and your municipalities that will ensure the health and safety of all our athletes and their families on this uncertain road to normalization.

The COVID-19 (corona) pandemic has created a truly unprecedented situation which affects us all.
Our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly.
During this time, we want to reach out to update you on how we will be approaching the Ajax 18+ one day not-4-profit tournament. We are currently planning for February 2021.
Like all teams and organizations, we are doing everything possible to ensure that the health and well-being of all the athletes and their families remain first and foremost on our minds.
That is why we remain committed on hosting the Ajax 18+ Adult Only tournament just as we did in 2020 -- a one-day not-4-profit event.
Unlike the three day tournaments, a one day tournament not only reduces the per player costs, it also has a profound effect on reducing the athletes exposure to one another during the event.
Currently, we have no idea when we will be returning to ringette, that along with not knowing the costs for ice for the new season (we anticipate will rise), but, we remain convinced that we will be able to keep our fees the same as they were in 2020 and among the lowest in the sport.
